Completed
100 sit-ups
3 sets of 10 bicep curl
3 sets of 12 chin up
3 sets of 10 push-up
3 sets of 16 dips
and finally 3-5 km run in the evening with my buddy nik who specially came down to jio me for a run ~ haha thank for setting me back in the path of training~
ahh why the hell m i blogging ! suppose to finish the damn assignment grrr!!
